    The Merco Yoga Roller F12 is a practical aid for practicing yoga, pilates or for regeneration exercises. The surface of the cylinder consists of a combination of massage protrusions and smooth surfaces and is thus suitable for effective muscle massaging, supporting muscle flexibility and improving blood circulation.
