The HMS FB01 rubber band is used for rehabilitation and so-called flossing, when the compression band is repeatedly wrapped around and loosens the affected area. This practice helps stretch shortened muscles and hard-to-reach areas. It relieves pain, increases the range of motion and helps recovery after training.
Flossband FB01 wraps the affected area (joint, muscle) while tensioning the tape to approximately 70%, thereby compressing the layers of the skin together and reducing the sensitivity of the receptors. Stretch the wrapped area for a maximum of 2 minutes and remove the tape. When removed, the affected area will absorb blood and it will loosen.
