Installation is carried out either in the wall or as a free-standing "cage" in the floor.
The handle is attached to the stand or to the beam using the 2 supplied screws. After tightening, the grip is ideal for training with a functional rope. Thanks to the cylindrical shape with a smooth surface treatment, there is no rubbing and subsequent destruction of the rope.
