Usage

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is loose enough, but at the same time so that it does not fall over the hips. The HHM15 model is suitable for a waist circumference from 78 to 110 centimeters. After setting the length, an anchor with a weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. The weights will then "throw" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and start training. The intensity of the training is influenced by the speed with which we twist our hips.
