Set of 4 HMS strengthening rubbers that are used in strength training, fitness training, but also in rehabilitation exercises. In strength training, it serves as an aid or as a dynamic load. They are used during rehabilitation because it is not a direct load, but the rubber creates resistance by gradual pulling, especially in the case of injuries to muscles, tendons and joints.
