Description
Are you installing the PetSafe® SmartDoor Connected in a wall or a thicker door? An extension tunnel is required for installation in metal doors over 4.4 cm thick, non-metal doors over 5.7 cm thick and for wall installation. Each extension using one part of the additional tunnel adds 5 cm to the total depth of the tunnel. This additional tunnel will thus provide your pet with a safe and free path even through a thick wall or door.
Installation of the tunnel is quick and easy, requiring no tools. Simply attach the extensions with glue or tape as needed. Make sure you add enough extensions and that the final piece extends at least 3cm beyond the door or wall. The additional tunnel is available in two sizes, M and L. The size of the tunnel must correspond to the size of the door you purchased. This product is only compatible with PetSafe® SmartDoor Connected doors.
