HMS Premium PYB01 is a soft plyometric box.
A plyometric box is a necessary piece of equipment for every fitness center and gym. It can be used during almost any functional training, but also during fitness training or if you need to work on the development of mobility.
Structurally, it is an insert made of foam polyethylene inserted into a PVC cover. The density is chosen so that the box can handle classic training, including jumps, and at the same time it is soft enough not to cause injury in the event of a fall. The weight is only 5 kilograms.
