The HMS FS118 3in1 massage roller set is used to massage the arms, legs and back, where it relaxes tense muscles, improves blood circulation and aids regeneration. It is ideal for people who have a sedentary lifestyle, because the domain of massage rollers is postural muscles, which help us maintain the correct posture.

The FS118 set consists of three individual rollers:
- a roller with protrusions ( 45 x 13.5 cm), which has a value of 45 on the Shore hardness scale and is therefore rather a harder roller
- foam roller (45 x 9.5 cm) with grooves for relaxing massage
- massage stick (45 x 4.5 cm) with 10 rotating heads for thorough blood circulation of the skin

Protrusions on the surface of the cylinder guarantee blood circulation even in hard-to-reach muscles, increase their elasticity, reduce muscle tension and soreness. Regular use of the massage roller prevents possible muscle strain and spasms.
