    The HMS MS02 belt is an ideal tool for self-massage.
    Short series of massages help to relax most body parts and improve blood circulation. The protrusions with which the belt is equipped simulate the thumbs of a physiotherapist and help release muscle tension, reduce the risk of muscle micro tears and improve skin elasticity.
    The MS02 model is most commonly used for back massage. Its effect is several times higher than when using a massage roller.
