ONE Fitness OHA02 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage protrusions and rotating weights.

The function of the OHA02 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 24 identical parts that fit together. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which will then create a circle with an inner diameter of 20 centimeters, if you connect all 24 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 39 centimeters. The OHA02 model is suitable for waist circumference from 60 to 118 centimeters. The individual parts hide a rail into which the anchor, fitted with four wheels - ball bearings, is inserted before closing. A weight of 300 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable string. The string can be adjusted to a length of 20 to 30 centimeters, by changing the length of the string, the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is adjusted - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is loose enough, but at the same time does not fall over the hips. The weights will then "throw" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and start training. The OHA02 hoop is equipped with surfaces on the inside that pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the training is influenced by the length of the string with weights and the speed with which we twist our hips.
