Detailed information
The very high efficiency of exercises with the ball is achieved due to its shape - an unstable base. Training on the ball thus activates the postural muscles (abdomen, back, hips, buttocks), which have the task of keeping the body and the ball in the desired position. HMS YB03N is used both in the training of professional athletes as well as for rehabilitation and relaxation purposes.
The gymnastic ball is made of PVC with Anti-Burst treatment. The Anti-Burst technology prevents any crack from expanding, and the ball deflates very slowly if damaged. Half of the YB03N ball is covered with massage protrusions that pleasantly massage the skin during training, promote better blood flow and contribute to faster regeneration. The non-slip surface of the ball guarantees comfortable training. The package includes a hand pump that can be used to inflate the ball, a plug and a device for removing the plug from the ball. The diameter of the ball should correspond to the height of the character, for the correct selection, see the overview table below.
