The Merco Excellent Splice multifunctional push-up plate is intended for exercising and strengthening the triceps, chest and back. Simply adjust the included supports according to the color-coded positions on the board and you can start exercising. The folding board and the supports are made of durable ABS plastic, the supports are equipped with silicone anti-slip handles. The Excellent Splice training board consists of two parts, when assembled it measures (L x W x H) 90 x 39 x 3 cm and weighs just under 2.2 kg, the handles of the supports are 13 cm wide. The board offers 14 exercise position settings: 4 for shoulders (red color), 3 for triceps (green color), 5 for chest (blue color) and 2 for back (yellow color). Thanks to this, the Excellent Splice multifunctional board is an ideal addition to any home gym or for schools.
